This is your travel guide and will be updated with new information as it comes in, so check back every now and then and reach out to founders@radsummit.co if you have any questions.

Ok, onward! ☟

1. Getting to Camp

On the first day of camp, meet us for check-in at Footers Catering. Footers is sponsoring drinks and food for everyone, and we'll be introducing camp leaders and meeting fellow campers. We suggest taking a Lyft here to minimize parking issues.

From Footers, we'll load into a private bus and head to camp!

Check-in is from 11:00AM to 12:00PM

2. What to Pack

They say that "if you don't like the weather in Colorado, just wait five minutes." Towards the end of October in Deckers, CO you can expect highs in the high 50's and lows just below freezing. Will it snow? Maybe, so it's best to be prepared. Here's what we'd suggest you pack:

  • Sunglasses + Hat

  • Warm (wool) socks

  • Shorts (just in case)

  • Warm layers (fleece, flannel, etc.)

  • Rain Jacket

  • A pillow

  • Sunblock

  • Hiking or Running Shoes

  • A Towel and soap/shampoo (if you plan to shower)

  • Puffy jacket

And here are a few optional items:

  • A Costume or mask for our dance party!

  • Yoga mat (the camp has a few on site)

  • Ear plugs if you're a light sleeper

  • Headlamp

  • Your favorite book

3. Getting back home

  • On Sunday, we'll have some time to pack up before we head back to Denver on the bus.

  • We'll be meeting back at Footers Catering (the same place we left from) before 2PM on Sunday. This should give you time to say your final goodbyes and catch your flight back if you're headed to DIA.
