What’s your craziest camping or outdoor experience?
”Riding camels into the Sahara and camping in the desert! Watching the sunset and sunrise from the top of the sand dunes was such a wildly different environment than anywhere I had been before.”

About Erin
Erin is a creative rebel who guides teams in challenging the status quo — she never wants to hear you say, “but that's the way we've always done it!” As a Director of Strategy & Culture Change at The Design Gym, she has led innovation programs for TED, Instagram, Cisco, LinkedIn, Burton Snowboards, Heineken, and The Aspen Institute. Erin whole-heartedly believes in personal iteration and infuses her experiences as a punk rock guitarist, a meditation teacher, a yoga studio owner, and a newlywed into her creative process.
