Why are you teaching at RAD Summit?
”I’m so excited to share with like-minded practitioners on how we can not only improve ourselves, but improve the teams we work on. I’m also incredibly psyched to get back to nature and immerse myself in the beauty of the Colorado wilderness.”

What’s your craziest camping or outdoor experience?
”By far the craziest was coasteering along the rocky cliffs of the Isle of Skye, Scotland. I thought it was intense when we first waded into the Atlantic with nothing but a wet suit and life jacket, but our guide was so enthusiastic and persuasive that we were all making 20-foot jumps off the cliffs by the end of the day. 10 out 10, would do again.”

Meet your facilitator:
Jake Mitchell is a product designer with a career that has spanned from designing theme park attractions to crafting experiences for companies in retail, green technology, automotive, and enterprise. In his current role as a lead designer at DocuSign, Jake focuses on building a practice of continuous discovery and customer co-creation. He works remotely out of his home in Richmond, VA.
