Summary
This workshop offers invaluable guidance on maximizing your capabilities through self growth and creative problem solving. Kate Darmody will share insights gained from her journey moving across the world, from starting a new career to establishing a place to call “home” on foreign land. This session will equip you with strategies for dealing with the emotional pitfalls of the unknown, as well as the UX methodologies leveraged during situations of need. From early-career false starts to her current role at Solstice, Kate will also delve into the value of failure, vulnerability and the patience required to reach success.
